1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is missing items or accessories.

  • The product received is significantly different from the description provided.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery unless otherwise specified by the vendor.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, bakery items, and frozen foods.

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

Exceptions may be made for products received in damaged or defective condition.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact our customer support team.

  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.

  3. Submit clear photos or videos showing the problem, if applicable.

  4. Our team will review the request and coordinate with the vendor.

Approved returns may require the product to be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation.

4. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement requests are subject to:

  • Product availability

  • Vendor approval

  • Verification of the reported issue

If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

  • Return request approved by the vendor.

  • Product is out of stock after order confirmation.

  • Order is cancelled before shipment.

  • Product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

  • Wrong item delivered.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Online payment refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated.

7. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support.

After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation and may instead be subject to the return process.

8. Vendor-Specific Policies

As Bongo Cart is a multi-vendor marketplace, certain products may be subject to additional vendor-specific return conditions. These conditions will be displayed on the relevant product pages where applicable.

9. Fraudulent or Excessive Returns

Bongo Cart reserves the right to refuse returns, replacements, or refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of the return policy

  • False claims

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
